Step 1
Choose a topic and draft your webinar with AI
Open WebinarBolt in LeadBolt and select Create Webinar. Start with a question your audience already asks you. In the tutorial, Lenny uses “How to buy your first home in 2026” to build a first-time homebuyer class. Agents can adapt that approach for sellers or local market education; mortgage lenders can focus on preparing for pre-approval or understanding loan options.
Enter your topic and generate the webinar copy. Read the suggested title and description, edit them to match what you will teach, or generate another version. Check any claims about grants, lending requirements, rates, or market conditions before using the copy on your registration page.
Step 2
Set the host, schedule, and live format
Add the host name, date, start time, and duration. Leave enough time to promote the session, and double-check the date and AM/PM setting before continuing. The example uses a 60-minute evening webinar.
Choose Live to follow the workflow demonstrated in this tutorial. The video also discusses live-and-replay options, but the walkthrough builds a live event. Evergreen scheduling and AI-generated slide decks are discussed as future work in this recording; they are not steps demonstrated in this guide.
Step 3
Connect registrations to your CRM and set reminders
Decide whether to collect a phone number, select the lifecycle stage for new registrants, and optionally associate the webinar with a campaign. Lenny chooses Prospect because these contacts are still at the beginning of the relationship. Webinar registrations flow into the LeadBolt CRM so you can continue the conversation after the event.
Review the reminder settings before creating the webinar. Reminders help registrants remember when to attend. Make sure the schedule and message details fit your event and the communication preferences of your audience.
Step 4
Plan timed calls to action
Create your own calls to action or use AI to suggest them. In the homebuyer example, the suggestions include downloading a roadmap, checking grant eligibility, and booking a strategy call. The tutorial places them at different points in the presentation so each next step relates to what is being discussed.
Review the button text, destination, and timing for every action. If you offer a downloadable guide, prepare the actual file and link it. If you invite attendees to book a call, use the correct booking destination. Generating a CTA suggestion does not create the resource it promises.
Step 5
Customize the registration page and presenters
Create the webinar, then open its settings to customize the registration experience. Choose your brand color, upload your logo, and write a thank-you message. You can also set a post-registration redirect, such as a page with a short welcome video and contact details.
Review the public URL and use a short, readable slug that describes the event. Configure the countdown and any capacity message to reflect your actual event. Add other presenters when you want to invite a co-host; the presenter invitation sends an email. Speaker profiles on the landing page are where you add the photos and bios visitors will see.
The walkthrough also shows waiting-room options, including a welcome message, background media, early chat, and sponsor logos. Use the options that support your session, then save your changes.
Step 6
Build the page design, hero image, agenda, and reviews
Choose a website template and layout. The tutorial uses the Modern template with a centered layout. Add speaker photos and bios before generating a hero image if you want the image to include the speakers. You can upload your own visual or use AI to generate one based on a style prompt.
Review generated images carefully. The recording shows several attempts with incorrect text and names, so check spelling, faces, dates, and event details before publishing or downloading an image for promotion. Regenerate it or upload a corrected image when needed.
Generate an agenda, then edit the talking points to match the presentation you intend to deliver. For social proof, the walkthrough shows searching for a Google Business Profile and selecting reviews, with custom testimonials as another option. Confirm you have selected your own business and relevant reviews, then save the landing page.
Before you share your registration link
- Confirm the title, date, time, duration, and host details.
- Review AI-generated text and images for accuracy.
- Test registration, the thank-you experience, and CRM lead capture.
- Check reminder settings and every CTA destination.
- Prepare your presentation, promised downloads, camera, and microphone.
